Pros

Loved the team I was on. Processes are lock-tight with stellar internal trainings and resources to prepare you for your role. Help was always available from leadership. Pay and benefits were good too.

Cons

Volume of work was way too high creating burnout. Culture was too political and mainly leaning one way. Executives can be way too harsh toward middle management seeing this on more than one occasion on calls.

Cons

Currently in transition as part of the acquisition by Ion, so lots of policy and procedure modifications going on
