Lots of "this is how we have always done it" style processes that make jobs harder No motivation to improve Put people at risk during COVID that were high risk with no second thought Raises are a max of 3% - a majority of the time you are lucky to get 1% with a stellar review Record profits due to refusing to treat employees better Vacation/PTO is so minimal you'll be burned out 95% of the time Your ability to manage workload is rewarded by more work and less pay increases/promotions No room for movement
