Pros

Wonderful co-workers; some of the most dedicated non-managers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. Compensation was fair. The benefits at one time were quite good, but they have dwindled of late.

Cons

Management is so monolithic, and views anyone with talent and even a hint of career interest as potential threat. Too many cases of completely unqualified people becoming managers.

extremely poor executive management - worst I have seen in 30 years in aerospace They were luckly to win some defense jobs and are stumbling around the industry
