Too many to list: Extremely understaffed: they’re not replacing any of the key personnel providing patient care when they quit, get transferred, or get fired It’s obvious leadership cares more about bottom line than profit Decision makers don’t understand what their workers actually do at their jobs: and it seems they don’t care

Some great coworkers not all of them be careful. You never see the CEO an if he does come around they never let him speak to the coworkers that are not happy they try to have you doing other things so you dont have time to talk to him, plus what they say about him , he is only in it for the money not the patient care, or his real workers...

Cons

Back stabbing so watch who you talk to, they try there best to get new workers by sugar coating it, they dont have your back they trick you.
