Remote work, talented people you can learn a lot from, work from home reimbursements

Cons

Too fast paced that management downplay the importance of checking in and giving feedback to subordinates.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad to hear you appreciated the flexibility, support, and opportunity to learn from talented teammates. Your point about feedback and check-ins is an important one. In a fast-paced environment, it can be challenging to balance speed with connection but we believe regular, meaningful feedback is essential for growth and team alignment. That’s why we actively promote a culture of continuous, real-time feedback, encouraging open communication and check-ins as part of our daily ways of working. We’re always looking for ways to improve, and your insights help us do that. Thanks again for your feedback.

Pros

Working here has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career. Leadership truly walks the walk when it comes to supporting employees—whether it’s through generous benefits, professional development resources, or simply listening and acting on feedback. There's a strong emphasis on growth, and I've felt empowered to take on new challenges and expand my skill set with real support from my manager and peers. The culture is fair, inclusive, and focused, and there’s a shared commitment to doing great work without burning people out.

Cons

No job is perfect, but the company is always striving to improve. If anything, the high standards and fast pace may not be the best fit for everyone—but for those who thrive on growth and collaboration, it's a great environment. Dealing with overlapping time zones can be a challenge and create friction with working hours, especially during our busy season.
