Pros

Great benefits, retirement plan, profit sharing program. Hours and pay are really good!

Cons

The company has changed quite a bit over the last 5 years with upper management changing and along with that, a lot of company standards. You cannot just come to work and work. You have to show initiative, go the very long extra mile and bend over backwards or you will be let go. You can only advance if you have a bachelor's or master's degree.

Pros

Good first experience out of school.

Cons

The holding company, Amsted Industries, and revolving upper level management has slowly eroded this company's position as an industry leader and provider of top quality products.
