Pros

the atmosphere is nice the people are great we have alot of team players

Cons

No one is held accountable for anything that they do. Anyone can just walk into the plant through the receiving doors. The Harder you work the more work they give you but do not compensate you for the extra work

Pros

When I worked there, leadership was always willing to assist when help was needed. They didn't point fingers, but rather tried to get to the bottom of situations to improve. They encouraged a continuous improvement program, which really helped drive innovation throughout the shop floor and incentivized employees for ideas that landed through completion.

Cons

Anytime change comes, once always has to consider how that change is going to affect the shop floor. Some of the leaders on the floor weren't really for change, but they were tenured.
