Pros

-Very fun, thriving environment (work hard, play hard) -the company is in an early stage so any ideas and contributions are taken seriously -aggressive learning for all things HR, nationwide -every person (including those in other departments) is accessible and willing to collaborate and assist in professional growth -friendly, supportive team with great supervisors

Cons

The fast paced environment can be stressful (again, work HARD culture). Hours are long, usually minimum of about 10 hour days. There are a lot of pros to an early stage company but one of the cons (for someone that might not like change) is that the structure is still being built and there is change every single day, multiple times a day (which may be a pro for others)

Pros

Once you open our pearly gates, you enter into Sales Heaven. At Bambee we sell something that people need, so the demand for our service/product is out of this world. We are part of redefining the HR status quo, and bringing our offering to SMBs starting at $99 per month! I feel fulfilled on a daily basis because I help small businesses and get rewarded handsomely for this work. I have been given one of the greatest opportunities of my career at Bambee HR, and beyond grateful that I am part of this organization.

Cons

Growing pains....they are never fun but a must if we want to get to our big, hairy audacious goals.

Pros

This is definitely the place where you’ll not only challenged, but you will grow. If you’re looking for somewhere to be comfortable and just clock in and then clock out, then this is probably not the place for you. This team works hard, but makes sure to recognize accomplishments. This is a very tight knit group that meshes well together, and is focused on creating something amazing.

Cons

I’m not sure this is a con, from my perspective, but can he if you don’t come in with the right expectations. This is a startup. Changes are not only to be expected, they are necessary as part of the creative process. I believe we are doing something amazing there, and that growth can sometimes feel uncomfortable in the moment. If you are not prepared for a constant challenge and continuous changes required for growth, then this might not be the optimal environment for you. This is not a standard 9 to 5, so don’t expect a set schedule that fits in a nice little box.
