      Pros

      Good people to band together with through very turbulent times.

      Cons

      Overworked with no additional pay and no bonus either that is part of the compensation package for salaried employees . Three layoffs since May 2022 and very unstable. Marketing department is a disaster and doesn’t know how to support different business segments properly and is very understaffed. They just fired a horrible chief marketing officer that destroyed the marketing department and will take years to rebuild. Little to no room for career growth and overall lack of communication within the company is a huge problem.

As a company, we were not alone on the need to pull back on hiring and reduce headcount over the past year. Headcount decisions were not made lightly. Additionally, we are working on our internal processes and communications as we continually aspire to be an employer of choice.

      Cons

      Management is the worst kind of treatment to employees. No one can speak their mind freely, as they know will be punished later. ZERO Career Opportunities.

      1. Great work/life balance 2. Immediate 401k match vesting 3. Very welcoming and friendly to all 4. Liberal political viewpoints are celebrated (can be pro or con, depending on your views)

      Cons

      1. Frequent layoffs 2. Lack of process 3. Sales team gets too much control over implementation process 4. Pay is well below market average 5. Conservative political viewpoints are not welcome (can be pro or con, depending on your views) 6. Development team greatly understaffed
