      Revolving door of leaders and infighting is the culture

      Pros

      Work-Life balance is controlled by lower management, so you know what to expect based on your supervisor, Recurring revenue for one product line ensures some stability.

      Cons

      Multiple RIF's in the past couple of years and now salaries and hiring is frozen. Debt due to acquisition of unprofitable companies has crippled most of the organization, infighting among teams with overlapping skills is cannibalizing productivity, and leadership has been a revolving door.

      Pros

      People are mostly nice, but that gets less true the higher you climb.

      Cons

      No more raises unless promoted. Discouraged from discussing pay. Told pay is based on fair market value, but refuses to show any receipts. They only care about the boards opinion and clearly don't care for the employees that aren't C level executives or higher.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits are the only upside. The advertised culture is only available to those who fit into one of the existing cliques.

      Cons

      There is an overwhelming lack of communication from top down. Changes occur without notification. This is particularly astounding given people rely on this business to be able to receive medication. I have never felt as unappreciated as I have working for this company. Since I accepted the role, supporting documentation has been incorrect and outdated and I have been left to my own devices to learn the job. I am actively pursuing alternate employment opportunities as a direct result of my current "leadership."
