Cons
CEO and senior leadership do not have a clear plan. No clear communication with teams about what is coming next. Will ask teams to do huge projects planing next steps and then get distracted by the next shiny idea and completely scrap everything and continue with a half-baked idea with no practical planning behind it. 3 rounds of layoffs in two years. No advancement opportunities and everyone is just asked to take on more and more. The dev team does not function effectively and the client facing teams are left to use and teach and ineffective system that is full of bugs. Pattern of asking people to step up, giving them more responsibility, and then pushing them out when they start to raise concerns.
