Remote work with plenty of autonomy

Les to half the company, said our jobs were secure and then proceed to lay off majority of the staff less than a week later. Company clearly miss-manages funds and lies to stake holders about profitability and future growth. It is also clear that there is not clear direction. Upper management was constantly switching directions, purchasing new tools, and starting but never finishing projects or trainings.
