      Willing to give brilliant, eccentric coders everything they need to thrive, even those that might not fit in with more traditionally structured businesses.

      Cons

      Running out of ways to make the telephony industry feel fresh. Beginning to see feature delivery paralysis due to internal system complexity.

      Cons

      - Level of hybrid working depends on your manager which creates resentment amongst employees - If you're based out of HQ in Raleigh, expect to have a minimum 3 day RTO. Employees in other locations (Denver, Brussels, Dublin) have INFINITELY more hybrid/fully remote flexibility. - 5 day RTO, especially for junior employees - Conservative CEO - Huge recently built office building
