Pros

If you are based in Perth Bankwest has many opportunities, a vibrant and creative workplace (activity based working in the head office) and career development potential.

Cons

Becoming more and more in the control of parent CBA - which may be seen as a pro in some cases. Limited opportunities, attention outside of Perth and to some degree Sydney. You need to enjoy flying to Perth or working via telecon/video con

Pros

The people are open and friendly Everyone works together to achieve common goals and the organisation's strategic imperatives If someone is not working as you would like there is an open mandate to fix it.

Cons

Not everyone shares the vision and there are individuals often in middle management positions who seek merely to maintain the status quo. Sometimes there is too much change occurring simultaneously to be either effective or realise the benefits of the changes being implemented.
