Upper management will yell when serious HR matters are brought to their attention, rather then actually dealing with the issues. Prefers to sweep issues under the rug, and focus on problems where they can talk big in meetings to make themselves look good. They will then act surprised when people and culture surveys are declining, or people are leaving/looking to leave Credit Strategy and Analytics for other areas of the bank. I am sure this review will precipitate a witch hunt, rather then actually dealing with the ingrained cultural issues within the senior management of this team. The HR issues above have lead to a sever decline in the analytical ability of the team, and of the bank, which I consider serious given that the economy is perceived to be going through a downturn.

Constant changes which are not making it a pleasant work experience. Staff are being moved around like figures on a chess board. No regard given to peoples abilities, staff are not being consulted on job changes. People are afraid to speak up as Management is intimidating. Obviously CBA has given management the task to cut numbers although officially "no redundancies". So people are being put on special report and every little thing is marked as an error. Then at the end of the Special Report term people are being asked to put in their resignation and if they wont they will be sacked.
