      Nursing Nightmare!

      Well currently I can schedule myself whenever I want...but that's because at this hospital we are SO short staffed. Also, because we're short staffed I can get as much overtime as I want...if I want to come in that is.

      Cons

      Disorganized, chaotic, safety issues, 'nurses eat their young' mentality. This is literally the WORST company I have ever worked for. If I had known what I was walking into before I signed a contract I would have ran away as fast as I could. I am nothing more than a warm body occupying this space. My experience, education and certifications mean nothing.
