      Pros

      Good, hardworking employees who care.

      Cons

      Horrible Sr. Leadership, lack of vision/direction. Constant layoffs under the guise of “reorganization.” Constant turnover of RN and other direct patient care positions is staggering.

      Growing Pains, Too Much Acquisition, Low Employee Morale

      Pros

      Fellow employee camaraderie. Misery in company.

      Cons

      Company has acquired so many hospitals and side businesses while trying to figure out how to run recently acquired academic medical centers it is bleeding money. NOT employee centric. Learn and leave. That's what the good doctors do.

      Don’t care for employees Surgery

      You at least have a job.

      Cons

      Managers are back stabbing and do what saves their position and numbers. If you are liked you can change your schedule all the time. If not you can wait for a year or more and then they will hire a new person and give them the position you have been waiting on. They don’t follow policies unless it suits them. If you voice your concerns, you put a target on your back. They admit to not wanting to pay more. Longer you stay the less benefits and time off you get. Surgeons can act out, scream, verbally abuse you and it is allowed.
