Good team of nurses and teamwork. Good Director but cannot do much with ha da tied from administration.

Cons

Poor administrative team. CNO hides issues instead of corrects them. CEO aware and only interested in looking good. Director tries to do things right but cannot because of administration

Pretty flexible schedule. 3- 12 hour shifts.

Cons

Tenet is by far the worst hospital I have ever worked at. They do not care about their staff at all what-so-ever. Being a floor nurse, you are just a number. The communication is very poor, and rarely do you have the help needed to actually be a compassionate care giver. The amount of work they expect you to do with no support is unbelievable.
