      Pros

      Relaxed environment, company activities and employees are nice.

      Cons

      Lack of employee apprecation, pay scale is extremely low in the IT area, lack of management hearing out ideas from employees regarding business technology improvements and poor selection of management staff. Lots of sexual harassment towards women goes on within the workplace. HR is not proactive on this. This is a male dominant company and with lots favoritism towards other men.

      Bargreen Ellingson provides a work environment that pays you for what you produce. The company culture promotes diversity by embracing each individuals unique talents. The encouragement to grow professionally and personnally is an umbrella over everything. If you are a self motivated individual, with aspirations to get paid for the revenue you generate, this is the perfect place to make that happen. Opportunities to learn abound for all who choose to sieze them. Ownership is forward thinking and pro-active in providing tools to embrace the changing market place to increase transactional efficiency. For the self disciplined individual this company is the best place to work.

      Not a place for someone who needs/desires constant instruction and supervision.

      If you're a salesperson you get treated wonderfully and the world revolves around you.

      Cons

      If you work on the support staff you are under ours and hardly noticed. Management constantly tells "alternative facts"
