      Pros

      Great company culture, manager actually cares about your experience on the road. Get to see cool things everyday out delivering. Flexibility in your route, independence. Great company parties.

      Cons

      No raises after showing true commitment to promotions. Overtime every day on certain routes (they tried to fix this when I was leaving). Go the extra mile and get nothing in return but a pat on the back.

      Pros

      Minimal supervision when you prove you are capable, the freedom to make the choices you think are right, wonderful coworkers, fun atmosphere. You can tell they really care.

      Cons

      Training is inconsistent, which means you have to learn fast and be a self-motivated learner. It definitely feels like a sink or swim mentality.
