      Pros

      The culture. There is a definite strong sense of family values and quality of life. The owners are very personable.

      Cons

      Disorganized company at every level. The pay is awful. You will never be satisfied with your pay unless you are hustling in a sales position and working 24/7. This job can take over your life. Internal sales support have LOW capped pay and the company does not know how to keep quality employees. There is no training or rarely any support from mentors.

      Pros

      Amazing and supportive work environment - they take the 'Work Hard, Play Hard' idea to heart. The president of the company makes a point to know every employee and can greet them by name. So many employees have been with the company for years and are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. Any and all steps can be taken to ensure the customer's needs are met. You are given every chance and encouragement to go above and beyond and be the hero for your customer.

      Cons

      The company really needs a separate HR department. There are people at each branch that take on the main responsibilities, but as the company continues to grow, they need to seriously consider bringing on an official HR department.
