Pros

Working for the food service industry is rewarding. Ability to self manage your work flow, freedom to coordinate tasks how you see fit. Time off when needed is easily attainable.

Cons

Very low pay for the job demand. Can be stressfull. Favoritism is a serious issue. Culture between sales and operations is negative. Perceived hierarchy can make those in a support position feel un important and mistreated. Not much room for growth
