Leadership takes advantage of good hardworking people especially those in areas where job options with other employers are scarce. They are all about lean and mean not refuse to listen. They can claim, advertise and script interviews but day to day dictation style leadership don't lie. Insurance extremely expensive, makes it unaffordable for lots of people. They are happy and no attempt to hide it when associates take up insurance with their spouse somewhere else because that saves company money. That's not people centric.

Owner preaches "People First" but plant leadership team doesn't follow. Company motto is "We measure success by the way we touch the lives of others...." but employees are told to "get over it". Employees are not respected or appreciated. Minimum raises that do not come close to the increased health insurance costs each year. Bring home less money now than when I started 5+ years ago. Everything is done for appearances not the good of the business or employees. No chance for advancement.
