Pros

There isn't much to say here. I like the flexibility I have and there is room to grow by it being such a large organization. However, the cons outweigh the pros.

Cons

Lack of communication within leadership team No processes or standards Good 'Ol Boy Club Not innovative - still sends things through the mail carrier Corporate has no idea what they're doing Honestly, I am working here until I can find something new. Not a terrible company but not a place you will want to stay for very long.

Pros

St. Louis is a nice place to live. Most of the people you will work with are good hardworking folk.

Cons

There is barely any room for movement in the company. Most promotions seems to be on who you know (or even better are related too), not on your ability, They have all these great things to say about their "truly human leadership" but in rarely, if ever, live up to their words.

Depending on your department, you can have a great manager.

Cons

There needs to be some serious sensitivity training here. So, so much un-checked sexism. And for a long time the only three black people in the building were in service positions. Lastly, the idea that people aren't fired sounds quite lovely, but that place is choking on bullies in every department. I heard death threats, I saw egos gone rampant, and have been screamed at and belittled.
