High turnover and distrust of management

Great co-workers, focus on quality

Cons

Very high turnover since new CEO came on. High level of fear and distrust of management. It's clear employees aren't valued like they used to be. Lots of high profile people have suddenly disappeared (fired?).

Rural Mountain town with good health care thanks to Barton

Pros

Progressive in many ways and ideas. Although this place is considered rural when you are assigned, it is a good hospital close to bigger cities. They try to stay on top of medicine and even have a robot for surgery (not sure if that's good or not, but was surprising at a small place..

Cons

"We always did it like that". It's weird, in some ways this hospital wants to move forward and be a leader but they only want to hear ideas from certain people. If you aren't part of their inner circle, you are expected just to be a worker bee and not try to
