Pros

Quality focused. Patient Centered. Great people. Growing and thriving - though that may not last forever. Beautiful location and great perks for the area.

Cons

Political and can be tough to understand what is valued in employees. Not much room for growth as it is a small organization. You have to find your zone.

Pros

It's the only hospital in the area. Its in a beautiful area. Benefits for people receiving full benefits are generally good.

Cons

Upper management can be pretty stiff when it comes to clocking in overtime. Being questioned why I worked overtime on a particular day is somewhat weird when management is aware of the staffing limitations.
