Pros

Friendly yet professional staff providing for a comfortable and happy work environment full of music and laughs. Full of room for growth which provides for an excellent team oriented environment between all departments. Brilliant current staff and new hires to help BaubleBar grow significantly and efficiently. Full of challenges with excellent but not controlling or overbearing leadership.

Cons

Not exactly a con but more of a difficulty or challenge is learning the young companies environment to better meet today's needs as well as the future's aspirations.

Pros

Perks of your occasional breakfast, lunch, birthdays, events etc are always a pro. Most importantly, this company cares about your career growth and building your experience to become a stronger leader.

Cons

It can feel a bit disorganized at times but it is a startup! If you're not use to a fast paced environment and limited resources, then start ups are not suitable for you.

It's small enough that you can have the opportunity to share your ideas but big enough to actualize those ideas. Overall it's a very open and friendly place to work. It still has the start up feel where everyone works together to get the best results. Managers are open to suggestions and eager to hear from their employees.

Cons

Tight studio space but otherwise a great place to work
