young unprofessional supervisors and a few managers, Dusty, Tacky set up. only decent is the cafeteria. Always doing some construction inside, making it an uncomfortable place to work. They seem to never have much work, always moving people around then moving them right out the door. way too many PERSONAL and sexual relations going on in there in addition to the drug dealing. The head bosses are great and im sure they are not aware of what is REALLY going on. I am not upset about no longer working there, that is not the reason for this HONEST review. Hopefully someone of importance can see this and make some major changes instead of writing fake reviews to make the company seem way better than it is, as a work place. the attitudes are disgusting and they need to really evaluate those they put in higher position. Quick to fire people. it just seems as though they don't know what they are doing half the time and im not saying thats everyone because you do have a few good people in management, START DRUG TESTING AND DOING BACKGROUND CHECKS. A SET 35-40 HRS A WEEK FOR EMPLOYEES. (they are good for saying "NO WORK")

– Office space. We're busting out of the seams here! Poor seating arrangements which makes collaborating among other departments difficult at times. – Not enough hires made in proportion to business growth. (however, work hours are surprisingly nothing crazy other than round the holidays) – If you're not into the start-up environment, then BaubleBar being a start-up would be considered a con for you. – You might gain a few hefty pounds from all the bagels, ice cream cakes and random goods. (Pro: guarantee you'll find someone or even your whole team will go on a work out class with you or a juice cleanse) – Not enough office culture to reflect on the team culture and characters we have here!
