The management team only cares about the numbers; not about the staff or the patients. They seem caring, however, don't be fooled. They will use and abuse the good hard workers with psychological nit-picking to become better with your numbers, but it will never be good enough. While those favored individuals will get away with murder and never have to work. Whenever there is a concern regarding the job, there is always an excuse why it can't be fixed. Then they pass out candy and have pajama days as though that will make up for the pain. They condescend as though they are running a day care center to the employees who actually have more education and experience than they do. If you are great at what you do, they will not allow you to promote because they do not want to lose you. There is favoritism, nepotism, tyranny and incompetence. Don't subject yourself to the ABUSE!!!

They do a personality test on prospective candidates to hire and they obviously specifically look for sociopaths to fill management positions. They don’t only look for sociopaths for management positions but the worst of the worst type of sociopaths for these positions. These managers create a toxic work environment. It was a horrifying experience nothing like I have ever been through in my entire life along with four other nurses from the same facility in Pflugerville Texas .
