1. Top heavy administration that keeps growing
2. Tuition increases - Do not spend any more money on the faculty than they did 30 years ago. Cost of that top heaviness (well documented) radical increase in tuition and fees compared to the radical decrease in most things over the past 20-30 years. Managed by giving unsuspecting students free access to student loans that will cripple them in their 40s -
3. Universities are enticing students to extend their care free adolescence for four or five or six years at the cost of mortgaging their future earnings. Administration has learned how to pick pocket the future of students that does not allow for escape proof bankruptcy, unless the political machine decides to bait these young ideologues with the promise of student loan forgiveness.
4. Increase in non tenured or part time positions with no administrative or academic power - no shared governance.
5. Student loan - admin has picked the pockets of young peoples future earnings (indentured servitude) enticed them into university and extended adolescence. NO responsibility. University treats these students as sacred fragile cash cows- don't want them to drop out for obvious reasons. Will not take entrepreneurial risk because they are economically strapped for life.
6. Ethics committees/bias response teams/diversity equity inclusion/cultural humility council, President's office packed with feminist Marxist BLM advisors- alliance between post modernist and Neo Marxist.
7. Criteria for Tenure and Promotion are now requiring "scholarship" to contain gender diversity/equity/inclusion content.
8. Gerrymandering of grade system - constant shifting of due dates, dropping grades due to "stress"
9. University admissions is falling all over itself rushing to accept "under represented minority groups" - in effect, lowering testing criteria, and placing students in a desperate position of not actually being academically fit for the institution to which they were "accepted."
10. Enabling activist disciplines which have zero credibility - allowing for distribution of ideology through Campus Living and Learning, HESA, Religion, Bias training, Title IX and the all powerful MONSTER office of Diversity/Equity/Inclusion (patriarchal tyranny, gender studies, SJW, 1619, Critical Race Theory)
