Pros

Baystate had one of the best and most collaborative environments I have ever had the pleasure of working in.

Cons

They are starting to outsource several departments and it is impacting the overall morale of the workforce. Due to budget cuts, they have laid off a lot of people recently

Excellent benefits and the salary range is good also. Not so sure for new employees.

Cons

A lot of favoritism. Non-favored employees are not treated well and are generally unhappy.
