Growing, fast-paced, busy, more resources than the average academic medical center. New medical school collaboration. Newer facilities.

Cons

Reporting structure not clear across facilities, some siloes that make change hard. "Old school" beliefs die hard here and rapid growth has resulted in some fear and "old school" people doubling down on their beliefs.

Experience in a Level 1 trauma teaching hospital. Continuing education opportunity.

Cons

Poor starting salary. Large multipurpose coding room which is loud, making it difficult to concentrate. Small desks set up like a "steno pool".
