The Rolex of health care. I work with an all star staff and we constantly strive for providing the best quality care for our clients.

Cons

I came from a secure union job so that sense of security isn't there but it also doesn't allow me to be stagnant.

-Environment - Management Style - Care the providers give- the doctors and NP I work with truly care for their patients - Excellent benefits - Overall feeling of inclusiveness of all employees

Cons

- Salary - inability to flex hours - tuition reimbursement is low ($2500/yr) - clinical ladder is a joke for CM - such a big deal if you want to transfer/move

Too much like a business. Patient care is secondary to volume. Some managers are power mongers.
