With that said, we think it is important to note that your assertion regarding LinkedIn lacks context. As you know, the majority of our business is temporary staffing, and individuals choose temporary assignments for a myriad of reasons – trying to break in with a dream company, trying to get experience while they are in school, or just trying to fill the gaps between more permanent work experiences. And many of our candidates identify that they worked with us on LinkedIn. So, when you search for past employees on LinkedIn, a large portion of the search results will be individuals who worked on temp assignments with us, and is not a reflection of high turnover as you have ascertained. Industry figures estimate that between 40-45% of recruiters leave the industry after nine months. On average, the members of our recruiting and sales team have been here for over three years. On Glassdoor, our overall rating of 4.5 exceeds the Glassdoor average of 3.4, and 88.0% of reviewers would recommend us to a friend, as compared to the Glassdoor average of 61.6%. If you filter out all current employees and look at reviews just left by former employees, our overall rating is 3.8, which exceeds the average former employee Glassdoor review of 3.0. 69.0% of our former employees would recommend us to a friend. I do not mention all this to invalidate your experiences. We are at our best when our recruiters are happy, feel valued, and feel like they are part of a team. And we are sorry that you did not feel like this in your time here.
