Pros

Beacon Hill has a great work/life balance, everyone in the company is very professional and easy to get along with. Compensation is perfect and Beacon Hill does a great job recognizing individuals and teams for performance and reach goals.

Cons

I can honestly not think of one con for Beacon Hill it truly is a great company to be a part of.

Great company to work for. They truly care about their employees and will make sure they're doing everything they can do set them up to succeed.

Cons

By growing so rapidly, they are now catching up with their training and on-boarding procedures for new employees.
