Pros
I love working for Beacon Hill. I worked with them as a temp in their NY office a few years back and had an incredible experience being placed in a temp to hire role with an awesome company. They were extremely supportive, communicative and the interview process was so personal, I felt that they truly cared about what I wanted. A few years later, after recommending Beacon Hill to so many people, I decided to apply for their internal team and make my passion for their quality service my job.
Beacon Hill has an incredible internal culture, amazing growth opportunity and team environment. I didn't actualize my professional potential until I came here. My supervisors have been incredibly supportive, my team is collaborative and achievements across the company are honored. Last week I went on a Shopping Spree for Top Producers in the company, a goal I've been set on since I started working here 2.5 years ago!
Recognition for your work is my favorite part about Beacon Hill. Anniversaries and promotions are celebrated in company wide e-mails, shopping sprees and trips are incentive to become a top producer and being able to take a 2 week vacation while having a co-worker completely cover your desk is an ease I am certain I would not feel anywhere else. Camaraderie is built by quarterly outings, beers in the bullpen on Fridays, a company wide Holiday Party and an encouraged spirit that success is a team goal.
I've always had strong interpersonal communication skills and a competitive spirit. I didn't know that I could find a job where I am able to put them to use daily. If you want to work hard and see rewards for it, Beacon Hill is the place to be.
Cons
I can't think of any cons to my Beacon Hill experience.
