Pros

Ethical, honest, available and inspiring managers. Employees who are driven, collaborative and fun. Extremely hardworking. Amazing culture with generous benefits and perks. Over the top holiday party, trip to Palm Beach for top performers and more.

Cons

You are always working. If you are the type of person that wants to clock in and out, this is not the right place. You are always available for your clients and candidates, but that is the nature of the job.

Pros

*Once they commit to something, it's set in stone and you can count on it. You don't have to worry about them changing the rules in the middle of the game (including your comp plan). *Actually care about our clients and candidates, and they are not just transactions. *Unlimited opportunities for people who are performing. *Hands-off management for individuals who have earned it and shown that they don't need hand-holding *Business strategy is ultimately guided by the needs of our existing employees *A CEO who genuinely cares about the needs of each employee *Growth-oriented culture with the understanding that plateaus happen *Have never had a lay off and have never closed an office

Cons

*If you're good at what you do but not great, you can go somewhere else and likely get more money in this market. *If you need a lot of structure and metrics, you will find companies that have a better "system" to plug you into. *If you want to just walk into a bunch of relationships (clients or candidates), there are other staffing companies that may have more of those to offer (because they have higher turnover)
