You are on your own when hired, they push you to the floor without proper training, the managers will have you work with supervisors and associates that have little to no clue and that's because they are not properly trained. Associates have quit due to a toxic work environment from associates, supervisors, and managers. on their first, second or third week of working, managers and employees quit quit a day, days or less than week. Bealls spends money on technology and knows to waste paper. {Alot of paper} It's sad. Receiving managers and associates are not trained and are tired of constant changes in processing merchandise. Oh Oh by the way their closing and opening is the worst, most stressful and most complicated. One mistake doing a lot of complicated steps in the cash office takes you forever to fix it then you get scolded for making a mistake. what a waste of time and money.

The company does not care for anyone else other than management. Unless you are part of the “cool kids club” you are treated very poorly.
