Pros

Free lunch. Supervisors were nice but couldn't take time to explain things

Cons

Training was horrible. Trained me on a billing system I would never use. Only two days for training. Not enough time given. Nothing to reference. Too male dominated, no women in upper ranks.

Pros

They promise you some great benefits, however, its all the opposite. If I had ability to give them a zero star I would.

Cons

Lack of communication on the floor. HR and Claims management blames each other for mistakes. Its really clueless company to be part of. They provide "training" however once you are assigned to the case, of course you would be doing how they trained you, but they train you incorrectly and if you make a mistake its all your fault. Be careful!! ** They don't care about you, they just want their #'s. TO them its more important to have quantity" claims rather of Quality claims! If you want to be part of this nonsense go ahead and apply.

Pros

Great benefits, including health, dental, 401k match, vacation days, gym membership reimbursement, and a 3 month sabbatical after 10 years there

Cons

Drama, office politics, very poor communication. Teamwork was discouraged. I found my supervisor wanted to be in a higher position so she was constantly sabotaging her supervisor. There was a lot of that in every department. Travel was excessive for my taste. On a plane to Britain once a month was taxing. Unfriendly environment. In my department, nobody talked to each other unless it was about work. I was thrown under the bus by my supervisor more than once. No formal HR department, so nobody advocates for you. The open office concept allows no privacy in an industry where privacy is very important. Pay wasn't great either. Just a rotten place to work.
