Pros

Very open culture with lots of communication. Peers are very competent. Learn something new almost every day.

Cons

Small division within a very big company....sometimes there are procedural issues that don't make sense for a company Beeline's size. Not a very well known company in our marketplace.

Pros

Beeline, overall, is a great place to work. Team members are friendly and dedicated to their jobs. Knowledge sharing happens on a frequent basis. One of the biggest perks to working for Beeline is flexibility – not having ‘set’ hours, flexibility to work from home, etc. is a great benefit.

Cons

The pay at Beeline is a little low compared to other organizations. Pay is not reviewed on a regular basis.
