      Pros

      The relaxed atmosphere and open door policy teamed with diversity makes a great company. Beeline has all of these traits and follows with great benefits and compensation. I love Beeline.

      Cons

      Unfortunately Beeline is like Austin Texas everyone comes and no one leaves. You find that people can be completely overqualified for positions and love their job so much they have no desire to leave.

      Pros

      There is a lot of growth opportunity with great management support. It's fun to be on the cutting-edge and working with smart people in a fun atmosphere. It's fun to be challenged by your clients and co-workers and to always be striving to be better in a place where it's encouraged.

      Cons

      So much growth and advancement it's hard to keep up. Growth opportunities should be sent internally first. 401k match and investment selections could be improved for the company, they are less than desirable
