The company was great if you want to learn about ABA and make your own schedule.

Cons

Unfortunately once you make it to the top of your pay scale for your position they don’t offer raises. Once you are at the top you can’t make more per hour

While this is not always possible, we do offer support to individuals seeking to obtain advance certification and extensive support in our career advancement path which leads to increased compensation. Cons

Need to give more information regarding clients before starting and teach BT’s and RBTS what to do on their cases. I felt like I was thrown into cases without knowing anything. Getting cases due to covid and school hours

I felt a little on my own and overwhelmed at first. The technician coordinator assigned to me wasn't always helpful and did not always respond to my messages or follow-up on my questions. Things just sort of fell to the side but I'd get emails from other admin staff in the company that required responses the next day.
