Pros

The hourly pay rate is great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable BCBAs!

Cons

Your schedule depends completely on the client. If the parents cancel you don't get paid. But thats more of an RBT issue in general rather than the company's issue.

Great place to work

Pros

There are lots of supports and resources for employees. The pay rate is better than most in the area. They support advancement within the company offer benefits and 401k.

Cons

Like most RBT and BT positions, when a client cancels, you go without pay. They only offer 1 sick week a year, which doesn't rollover or increase. So actually working full time hours is not ever guaranteed.
