Pros

The pay is great and the people at the clinic are amazing!

Cons

Potential for high caseloads, you don’t schedule assessments around your own schedule (intake does this for you, so your supervision may be impacted)

Pros

Great culture at the local center and a great center administrator who does the best they can do given their restrictive abilities that trickle down from the corporate office

Cons

Employee turnover is too high due to low pay. A full time employee is not able to earn a fair living wage for DFW's basic cost of living. For the actual work and responsibilities RBTs have, the pay does not reflect fairly. On top of the actual role, RBTs are also expected to fulfill cleaning duties of the center, such as cleaning of bathrooms and other areas instead of paying for the cleaning company to do these tasks. As the corporation skimps on cleaning company costs, the center is unhygienic for its purpose
