Getting to work and interact with families in a clinical setting instead of in their homes. As well as working a job that feels like you are "making a difference"
Cons
Many families view the therapy as a form of babysitting and do not actually respect or appreciate what you do. You also will have to deal with children with very aggressive behaviors and come home with bruises and cuts everyday.
