Pros

The culture you build with your coworkers is amazing! You eventually get PTO and paid holidays around three months of being there

Cons

They have poor leadership. They can’t keep BCBA’s or RBTS. They have high turn over because they ignore and neglect their employees consistently.

Pros

The clients and the RBT's that you work with.

Cons

The culture and structure built at this company does not benefit the therapists whatsoever. There are no checks and balances to the management at the individual clinics and if you voice your opinion to higher up, it just goes completely unheard and they do not do anything about it. The CA had a very poor attitude most of the day and played favorites, while leaving the rest of the staff to be left on their own. The management team would talk very very poorly about their therapists (I was in the room for most of these conversations) and provide no support if they did see something that needed to be changed. The COM would fail RBTs on their monthly checklists that had been there longer than she had and would not explain why or provide help in areas of improvement.
