Pros

Flexible hours, wonderful clients, friendly RBT team

Gossiping management, labor intensive for very low salary, no guaranteed hours for client cancellation, the set-up minimizes parent interaction which has a negative effect on treatment and child wellbeing

Pros

Colleagues at my center were great, cared about the clients, therapy quality, collaborative, and valued their staff members.

Cons

The hard work that center administrators do for their team and families are overlooked. The company values the clinical employees more by investing in staff development and growth opportunities. There is little support on the operations side and little to no communication with direct supervisor. Initiatives are pushed to be rolled out with very little guidelines for it to be executed to expectations. Upper management can be combative at times when looking for a solution that would ensure smooth operations.
