Pros

Great environment and lots of room to grow. Management is super open and always willing to listen. Co workers are wonderful and make work so much more enjoyable. Working with clients I'd rewarding EVERY day, an every day is a new journey.

Cons

Can be physically tiring. But worth it

Co Workers are absolutely fabulous. The kids are incredible. I love every day at my job! Supervisors are always available when you need them and willing to answer questions.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the pay scale. I wish more was offered for the area you’re in.
