Intentional therapy with an incredible heart and motivation to help children with autism find a brighter future. Co workers and supervisors are encouraging and always there to lend a hand or a helpful word.

Cons

Can be physically and emotionally tiring, but every minute is worth it with these awesome kids.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful which makes it easy to have a collaborative work environment. The company itself seems to have a room for growth and even has option for help with furthering your education.

Cons

The pay is not the highest in the beginning but there is room for growth.

Pros

The best part about working at BI is the direction in which the company is headed. The leadership team has done a great job of steering the company in a positive direction and the effects have trickled down to the treatment centers. The pay rates have increased, there's a renewed energy, and they're opening new treatment centers left and right which means more job opportunities. The people I work with truly care about you as a person and the culture makes it feel like you're a part of a real family. I know the best is yet to come!

Cons

The pay for my position is on the low side but I feel like that's temporary.
