Co-workers and working with awesome kiddos!

Cons

-poor pay -no incentives -horrible pay structure (cap at $20 no matter what!) -not enough hours because they overstaff centers -CAs are too powerful and control too much of the schedule. -company overworks it’s BCBAs

Delayed promotions for leadership, having to do work out of higher positions without pay increase, lack of respect from administrators
